Peppermint is an autonomous robotics company co-started out of SINE IIT-Bombay and supported by Qualcomm. With a focused goal of expediting the advent of service robots, Peppermint designs and makes commercial housekeeping robots from its factory in Pune and works across from its offices in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Dubai and Austin.
Overview
As an Account Executive at Peppermint Robotics, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in our company. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual who possesses attention to detail, proactive communication, to plan within the available resources and is self-driven.
Qualification:
• Bachelors in Com/M Com/CA inter/MBA(Finance)
Experience Required:
• 4-7 years of Experience post qualification.
• Candidate with Experience in Accounts & Finance functions and Proactive & Effective approach in work will be preferred.
Key Skills
• Audits & Due Diligence: Assistance in statutory audit, internal audits and due diligence process. Co-ordinate with internal & external auditors. Adhere to the timelines given by department head.
• MIS: Preparation and co-ordination of monthly MIS.
• Cash Flow: Preparation & timely submission of cash flow statements.
• Accounts: Monitoring of accounts including GL scrutiny. Adherence to accounting standards. Monitoring of receivables & ageing analysis, of all locations, fixed asset tagging and verification,
• Statutory compliance: Ensure timely payment of statutory dues. Timely filing of returns such as GST, Income Tax. Monthly MIS on statutory compliances.
• Costing: Inventory valuation, product costing, raw material consumption analysis & reporting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting- Drive the Budget activity at Plant in co-ordination with operations. Preparation of Quarterly and monthly forecast.
• Assist in Accounts & Finance Functions.
• Assist Statutory Audit & solve Audit Queries.
• Assist in Finance Functions
